Is er nog iemand die problemen had met het keuzedividend van Intervest offices
Ik ben bij Tradersonly en had mijn keuze ingebracht voor 483 aandelen zijnde (1 nieuw aandeel voor dividend van 18 bestaande)
Choice: 1, Quantity: 15 cash
Choice: 2, Quantity: 468 aandelen
Ik verwachte dus 26 nieuwe aandelen te krijgen(486/18=26) en cash voor 15 aandelen
Ik kreeg echter slechts 25 nieuwe aandelen en voor 33 aandelen cash

Please show the following calculation to the Client to explain the distribution:

Details:
• Reinvestment Price: €19.28/share
• Belgian Withholding Tax: 30%
• Div. Rights for Stock election: 468
• Div Rights value: €1.53

Calculation:
• 468 rights x €1.53 = € 716.04
• € 716.04 x (1-0.3) = € 501.228
• € 501.228 / €19.28 = 25.997 shares

Since we do not support fractional shares, the Client received 25 shares and the fraction share was paid out in cash.

The Client received € 22.95 for his choice 1 cash Dividend and another €19.23 for the fractional share.

Nog iemand zo iets voorgehad of is er een probleem met mijn denkwijze?

Vermoedelijk een "probleem" met afrondingen ...

A subscription can be made for one new share through the contribution of 18 coupons no. 24 (each for a net dividend amount of € 1,071). The issue price for the shareholder amounts to € 19,28 for a new share, hence 18 coupons no. 24 x € 1,071.

18 x 1,071 = 19,278 != 19,28

Dit lijkt mij "om problemen vragen" door Intervest.

Edit: nu ja, "probleem" ... als je dit echt een probleem vind natuurlijk ... 1 aandeel meer of minder maakt wellicht weinig uit

Behalve als ik toevallig voor het volgend keuzedividend 1 aandeel te weinig heb voor nog een extra aandeel en ......
