Timetable for Posting of Offer Document



Promethean Investments LLP ("Promethean"), on behalf of its wholly-owned subsidiary April 1983 Bidco Limited ("April 1983"), provides the following update on the timetable for publication of the offer document in respect of its recommended offer for Produce Investments plc ("Produce").

On 28 September 2018, Produce released an unscheduled update containing news of the phased termination of a major customer contract. Produce had previously announced that it will release financial results for the year ended 30 June 2018 (the "Results") on 12 October 2018. At the request of Promethean and in view of the nature of the update statement, the Takeover Panel has consented to an extension to the deadline for posting of the offer document by April 1983 until 12 October 2018, to coincide with publication of the Results.

Hoelang duurt het eer die overname is afgehandeld bij aanvaarding van dat bod? Maw hoelang het duurt eer de cash op de rekening komt? (Ik heb er nog, maar niet met mijn eigen port )
