NEW YORK, Jan 29 (Reuters) - Short interest in GameStop Corp, whose shares have skyrocketed this week, is at $11.2 billion, making it the third most shorted stock by value, although the number of shares shorted has declined, according to analytics firm S3 Partners.

GameStop is the third-largest short by value behind Tesla and Apple, according to Ihor Dusaniwsky, managing director of predictive analytics at S3 Partners. The number of shares shorted has declined by 8% in the past 7 days to 57.83 million.

Liefst boven 300-320 voor veel ITM calls, shorts zijn f*cked als de prijs boven 200 blijft... Veel opties die ITM vallen alleen ja, Amerika, Land of the Free, robinhood... waarschijnlijk kan de helft niet eens zijn optie doorrollen of verkopen of exercisen.


Ook zeer laag volume... ofwel worden de aandelen schaarseren, 160 miljoen minder dan maandag, zal toch wel niet alleen robinhood zijn, toen was het nog niet zo geweten....

Wat een triestig fenomeen legt dit weer bloot: Iedereen is gelijk, maar de ene is meer gelijk dan de andere.
