Nadat ik jou - en bij uitbreiding gans "jouw soort" - al eerder heb laten beseffen dat jullie de bal compleet mis sloegen over wie de grootste afnemer was van Venezolaanse olie in 2024 (het was dus toch China en niet de USA ) ben ik nu zo vrij om "jouw soort" nog eens een update te geven over de Venezolaans olie-export anno 2025.

"Venezuela loses 20% of oil exports after cargo cancellations to Chevron
May 1 (Reuters) - Venezuela's oil exports fell almost 20% to some 700,000 barrels per day (bpd) in April, the lowest level in nine months, as cargo cancellations to U.S.-based producer Chevron (CVX.N), forced ships to return and left some ports empty, ship tracking data and documents showed.
Venezuela's state-run company PDVSA last month suspended most of the loading windows it had assigned to Chevron and ordered the return of some oil cargoes bound for the U.S. amid payment uncertainty related to the enforcement of U.S. sanctions.
The measures cut Chevron short of a May 27 deadline the U.S. Treasury Department had set to wind down oil operations and exports from the OPEC country, which has been under U.S. energy sanctions since 2019.
A total of 32 vessels departed from Venezuelan waters last month, carrying an average of 698,767 bpd of crude and fuel and 357,000 metric tons of oil byproducts and petrochemicals, according to LSEG vessel monitoring data.
The main destination of Venezuela's oil exports was China with some 428,000 bpd, followed by the U.S. with 138,000 bpd and India with 64,200 bpd, the data and documents showed."

Q2 zal niet beter worden. Terwijl de verkoop van elektrische wagens in Europa sterk gestegen is in april, is de verkoop van Tesla opnieuw sterk gedaald.

May 2 (Reuters) - Tesla's (TSLA.O), opens new tab sales plunged across Europe in April, including an 81% drop in Sweden to their lowest level in 2-1/2 years, data showed on Friday, as Europeans buy more Chinese EVs and some protest against CEO Elon Musk's political views.
The automaker's sales have dropped for four straight months across much of Europe. For the first quarter, sales of all fully-electric cars rose 28% in Europe while Tesla's sales slumped 37.2%.

In Sweden, Tesla's new car sales in April plunged 80.7% to their lowest since October 2022. Its sales in the Netherlands fell 73.8% to their weakest for that month since 2022 and were down 33% in Portugal, a bigger drop than the previous month.
Sales in Denmark dropped 67.2%, data showed on Thursday, while France reported a 59.4% fall.
The figures will increase doubts about whether the launch of a revamped Model Y in some countries can revive Tesla's fortunes in Europe.
Car buyers can already order a new Model Y across much of Europe, but Tesla's websites in Germany, Britain, France and Italy all say estimated deliveries will start in June. It will take a couple of months before sales data shows if the updated version of the car has won back consumers.
