Photonike Capital kan gewoon de latente meerwaarden stapsgewijs realiseren, dus ik zie niet in waarom de waardering van die twee obligaties drijfzand zou zijn. Vandaag zijn die effectief 100 MEUR waard. Indien de waardering niet correct zou zijn, dan zou de revisor in zijn verslag niet het tegenovergestelde zeggen.

Het is natuurlijk niet de bedoeling dat Photonike die staatsobligaties gaat aanhouden tot vervaldatum. Een deel van die staatsobligaties werden ook al verkocht en geherinvesteerd in de joint venture.

Die intresten lijken mij rechtstreeks betaald te worden aan de rechthebbenden. Ik denk dus niet dat dit een jaarlijkse off-balance verplichting zou zijn. De vennootschap heeft nagenoeg geen inkomsten.

Zelfs zonder die latente meerwaarden kom je nog aan een waardering van het bedrijf van 4 EUR per aandeel. En dan wordt uitgegaan van geen groei of inkomsten in de toekomst.

Die participatie in Nucleus is de eerste stap, hopelijk zal iedereen in hun plan kunnen zien hoe ambitieus ze zijn.
Ondertussen zitten we op een matras van kleine 7 euro per aandeel.

Ik heb het GEVOEL dat ze de koers eerst naar 3 zullen brengen voor ze met hun persbericht zullen komen.
Volgens hen zou dan de echte waarde zichtbaar worden en zou dat een positief effect op de koers moeten hebben.
Verwacht dus bericht over de vergunningen eind deze week.
Ze geloven zelf in iedergeval in een hogere koers.

Opletten hoe je dingen formuleert, ze zijn daar bij photonike zeer gevoelig voor.
Had ze er eens op gewezen dat candela, photonike voor 0 euro in hun boeken had staan.

Photonike Capital Sa follows the rules of Euronext and Belgian Laws about the Financial Statements and the informations to the market, and it is obliged to preserve managers, investors and shareholders from the abuse of third parties regarding misleading informations or market manipulation.

Ik kreeg enkele weken geleden van hen: The Business Plan has to include some information from other current investments as the Nucleus Holding II company. As explained in our Press Release, we are under the pending formal authorization from the FMA Supervision Body of Liechtenstein about our investment. This is why we do not released yet our official BP but it is a matter of a few days.
Daarom dat ik schrok dat je zei dat ze nog geen toestemming hadden. Zou een tegenspraak zijn met het feit dat ze vorige week zeiden in de eerste week van maart met het persbericht te komen. (en dat zou maar komen als ze goedkeuring hadden.)

Ja, met een mix van IFRS en BEGAAP i.p.v. alleen IFRS of BEGAAP

Als beursgenoteerd bedrijf mogen ze ervoor kiezen om hun jaarrekening volgens IFRS op te maken maar dan moet alles volgens IFRS en niet enkel hun deelnemingen zoals nu!

The Board of Directors of Photonike Capital Sa has set an extraordinary meeting for next March 15th to approve the 2021-2025 Business Plan.

The drafting of the Business Plan was affected by the delays in receiving market data due to the Covid pandemic. With the new Business Plan, Photonike Capital Sa enters the niche reinsurance sector with a strong use of new technologies (Insurtech and Tailored products). The Business Plan will be published immediatelly after the final approval of the BoD.

Dat is inderdaad goed nieuws.
In de loop van volgende week zal duidelijk worden in welke mate Photonike van plan is te groeien.
